Retail Representative (Part-Time) – Saskatoon, SK

Job Description:

The Retail Representative is responsible for selling, distributing and merchandising Mars products at retail outlets (all channels) in an assigned territory ( Saskatoon, SK ). This position requires the incumbent to work 3 days (24 hours)/week.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to sell & merchandise leveraging insights, promotional activity and Retail tool
• Strong Relationship Building & Customer Service skills
• Strong Organization and Communication skills
• Comfortable with technology (MS Office, iPad, iPhone etc.)
• Possession of a valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, drive, sit, stand, walk and kneel for extended periods of time
• Flexibility regarding remote work, include potential overnight stays in territories
• Must live within territory boundaries

What will be your key responsibilities?

• In-person call coverage of Mass, Grocery and Pet Retailers in an efficient and effective manner
• Building and maintaining strong Customer Relationships
• Execution/compliance of key business priorities
• Selling volume to support promotions and incremental displays
• Resolving out-of-stocks
• Closing distribution gaps
• Recording and maintaining accurate data through hand-held device
• Merchandising
• Leveraging insights and Retail tools to convert shoppers to our brands
