As a Project Analyst, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to support the successful implementation of our software solution. You will play a key role in tracking progress, coordinating meetings, completing assigned tasks, preparing documentation, and supporting day-to-day project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring software implementation projects
Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and action items
Ownership of the defined translation/localisation process within Abilis
Preparation and analysis of project data, KPIs, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QAs
Participate in requirements gathering and testing activities as needed
Other ad hoc reporting and analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and strict deadlines
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Interest in project management and software delivery
