Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre requires a permanent full-time Director of Student Programming.. The position will be located in Saskatoon or Kenaston and commence on June 1, 2026 or a mutually agreed upon date.
Sask DLC is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation, created to deliver high-quality and equitable online learning programs to students across the province. Sask DLC’s head office is located in Kenaston, with an administrative office in Regina, and regional campuses located in Estevan, Kenaston, La Ronge, Moose Jaw, Meadow Lake, Nipawin, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton.

Summary
Reporting to the Superintendent of Student Programming, the Director of Student Programming is responsible for operational leadership within the division. The Director supports the Superintendent by ensuring the effective execution of strategic direction and the consistent operation of Student Programming, while maintaining a focus on sustainability, clarity, and accountability.
This position provides supervision and leadership across multiple portfolios within Student Programming including, but not limited to: program development and review, course development systems and structures, curriculum, instruction and assessment supports, Indigenous education, educational technology and innovation supports including Artificial Intelligence (AI), resource development, procurement, and distribution systems, provincial and organizational initiatives connected to student programming, ensuring that work is aligned, integrated, and executed effectively to support Sask DLC’s mandate and strategic priorities. The Director is accountable for supervising Student programming Managers and Consultants, implementing strategic direction, and ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of student programming structures across assigned portfolios. This includes oversight of planning, implementation, and performance across a range of interconnected areas.
