Summary
Online Learning Facilitators (OLFs) are responsible for supporting students in obtaining a quality online educational experience. As an OLF you will work with students in an online learning environment and will, in most cases, be the primary point of contact for our learners.
Focused on delivering a quality online educational experience, this position requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, considerable experience in relevant technology, understanding of the challenges of online learning, and the ability to work independently with respect to carrying out the duties assigned in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Working Conditions
Hourly rate: $21.20 uncertified EA ; $22.64 certified EA. Please note that a new compensation structure will be implemented as part of the recent ratification of a collective bargaining agreement between Sask DLC and CUPE 5544. This will include an increase to the starting hourly rate.
