You are a curious, energetic and results driven communications professional with experience managing teams and change in fast-paced, diverse and growing organizations. You are a compelling communicator looking for an opportunity to grow your leadership skills and bring your experience to help tell Seaspan’s stories in an effective, impactful and consistent way to external audiences. With the support of the Director of Communications, you will manage the team developing content for all Seaspan’s external channels. This will include developing a multi-year strategic plan, advising senior leaders and working with a variety of stakeholders across both the Shipyards and Marine organizations to deliver communications products to meet company priorities.
Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 2 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver.

The estimated salary for this position is $122,700 – $147,200. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
