The ILS Supervisor, Training is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and non-technical training programs within a defense/shipbuilding environment. Working closely with the LSA Manager, the incumbent will ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with project requirements, regulatory standards, and the broader organizational goals. This role involves leading a team of ILS Specialists (Training) and liaising with key stakeholders-including Supply Chain, Functional Engineering, Configuration Management, Project Management Office, and other internal departments-to develop and maintain a highly skilled workforce capable of supporting current and future naval/defense projects.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

The estimated salary for this position is $112,700 – $135,200. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
