Leading the Future of Health and Independence at Home: Will you join us?
We provide care at home, delivered with heart and led by science. We are hiring OT for a unique position supporting our new Hospital to Home transitional bundled home care program for clients in the greater Ottawa area (including Renfrew and Eastern Counties). This 16 week program aims to assist adults with higher needs, reintegrate into their home and community as they transitions from the Ottawa Hospital and restore their independence.
