As a B2B sales manager, you will lead, focus, coach, and guide a team of professional salespeople who work with prospecting, presenting, selling, and closing business in various business verticals. You will work cross functionally with analysts, sales support, and other members of the Best Buy and Best Buy Business teams to present solutions to business.

What you’ll do:
Initiate and develop Best Buy Canada’s commercial accounts by selling, managing, coaching, and leading a sales team
Train and develop sales teams by ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed
Schedule, host, and lead team weekly meeting ensuring communications channels are open
Review the teams accounts and look for opportunity to develop and become an integrated business solution provider to our clients
Review the teams’ sales pursuits, sales margin, opportunity results, and sales pipeline and develop plans to meet/exceed targets
Engage cross-functional resources to achieve goals and meet customer needs
Utilize a data driven approach, and work along-side the business development team, to identify opportunities
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience leading a sales team in a B2B environment
Experience in the technology market,particularly in B2B software, Managed Services, or AV Integration
Experience with MS Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak French is an asset

Annualized base pay range
$80,000.00 – $100,000.00
This role has bonus components in addition to annualized base pay.
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
