Responsibilities & Duties: – Assist the Project Managers with administrative functions and processes. – Coordinate with clients to ensure timely communication and delivery of project deliverables. – Collaborate with the professional services leadership team to implement practices to track and monitor key project success metrics. – Maintain project documentation. – Support the Professional Services team by ensuring the smooth execution of project tasks.
Requirements: – Education in Business Administration, or a related field. – Experience in project management, or relevant experience. – Basic understanding of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. – Proficiency in tracking and managing project tasks and deliverables. – Proven organizational and communication skills. – Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously – Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
