Academic Advisor Supervisor
Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre requires a permanent, full-time, 12-month Academic Advisor Supervisor. The position can be located at the campus in Saskatoon or Kenaston and will be based on the principal residence of the successful candidate. The position will commence on July 28th, 2025, or a mutually agreed upon date.
Sask DLC is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation, created to deliver high-quality and equitable online learning programs to students across the province. Sask DLC’s head office is located in Kenaston, with an administrative office in Regina, and regional campuses located in Estevan, Kenaston, La Ronge, Moose Jaw, Neilburg, Nipawin, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton.
Academic Advisor Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director of Information Systems, the Academic Advisor Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Academic Advisors who guide students in achieving their academic and career goals. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality advising services related to Ministry of Education graduation requirements, post-secondary admission pathways, course registration, and student planning. The Supervisor ensures the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of Saskatchewan’s educational regulations and a broad range of post-secondary institutional requirements.

What We Offer
Salary (Level 6 $27.69/hr to $30.83/hr) and benefits for this position will be in accordance with C.U.P.E. 5544 Collective Agreement September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2027.
